Provision of health-related climate information services to increase resilience of vulnerable communities in Vancouver, Canada

This project works with local communities to create climate-disaster toolkits for different areas in Metro Vancouver. The toolkits will give clear and useful health information to people who may be at higher risk during climate emergencies. The project focuses on helping people with disabilities and older adults, who are often more affected by climate change but do not always get the local information they need to stay safe.
